Creating an identity for a new development by Barnfield Construction consisting of 53 homes in Earby, Lancashire.

Barnfield Construction are a well known, reputable, North West based leader in providing best value construction services. In the 80’s Barnfield carried out their first housing development of 60 houses and the Barnfield Homes brand began to grow from there.

As a former cotton-weaving mill, Spring Mill offers modern homes blended with the existing fabric of the town using materials sympathetic to the semi-rural countryside views. For this reason we wanted the identity to reflect this, incorporating the idea of Spring as a season with new beginnings and growth, whilst utilising elements of a cotton boll pod relating to the history of the mill.

Developing on from the logo we produced a site brochure consisting of the different homes and layouts with a hand drawn illustrated map of the local area. Targeted Rightmove and social media adverts were created to entice potential and existing home owners to Spring Mill and generate engagement to the homes.
